MSCCA Information

In it's 47th year, starting in 1978, the MSCCA has been at the forefront of cross country in Middle TN.
The Director of the MSCCA is Eric Hickerson     [email protected]

Who Can Join?

Any high school or middle school team in the Middle Tennessee area can join and run in MSCCA events. Teams must be from the state of Tennessee. The MSCCA does accept homeschool teams to run in the races we sponsor.

The MSCCA Fee Pays For?

At the high school level the fee pays for:
  • Entry into both the Voyles Classic AND MSCCA Championship races
  • MSCCA schools may also register and run in any MSCCA Member Meet
  • The season ending banquet held at Brentwood Academy on November 10th, 2025.
  • Awards and all costs associated with the MSCCA meet season

What Does It Cost?

The MSCCA has a firm belief that all XC teams should be able to create a competitive schedule without having to break the bank.
Fees are as follows:
  • $300 for AAA High Schools
  • $250 for AA and A High Schools
  • $100 for Middle Schools

MSCCA Banquet Information

The top runners competing in BOTH the Voyles Classic and MSCCA Championship are invited to be recognized and awarded at the banquet. This year's banquet will be held on November 10th at Brentwood Academy beginning with dinner at 6:00pm.

Each runner has their Voyles Classic and MSCCA Championship race time combined to have a total time. Times are ranked in order and posted at the MSCCA website. The MSCCA recognizes the following number of runners in each division both boy and girl.
  • AAA-24 runners
