MSCCA Format
Took vote concerning the All-MSCCA Team format. The final vote indicated a return to the 2 race format. The MSCCA teams will be selected solely on the Voyles Classic+MSCCA Championships.

Other business...
1.       Rope off an area at the presentation ceremony pavilion for award recipients to stand in and to               keep parents/bystanders away so everyone can see.
2.       Consider hiring a photographer to take pictures to be used at the MSCCA banquet.
3.       Improve course flow at Sharp Springs course #2 where first and second laps split.
4.       Chip timing? Cost prohibitive at this time.
5.       Continue using a chute system for Midstate. Educate coaches and runners about it.
6.       The MSCCA will assign 15 schools per year to supply one volunteer to help on the course as
           needed.

Distribution of Awards
Increase number of medals for HS to 15 for midweek meets
Increase number of medals for MS midweek meets to top 5, ribbons to 20.
